Board of Managers
The Board of Managers consists of 10 working brokers and agents from the Long Island Board of REALTORS® and the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® (the owners of OneKey® MLS). These time-intensive positions are unpaid, and demand a level of expertise and commitment that only seasoned real estate professionals can contribute to steer the tenth largest MLS in the United States.
The OneKey® MLS Board of Managers also has three outside managers who contribute their expertise, leadership, perspective, and vision from industries outside of real estate, including technology, and media.
The combination of real estate expertise and broad spectrum business knowledge gives OneKey® MLS a particular edge in making long term strategic decisions with respect to technology, including emerging issues such as: artificial intelligence, copyright law, and large language models which will likely affect our industry.
The Board of Managers meets monthly with the executive staff of OneKey® MLS.
