How to join OneKey® MLS as a broker
Brokers can join if they are the principal, partner, or branch office manager of a brokerage firm.

OneKey® MLS is a REALTOR®-only multiple listing service. We are owned by the Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) and the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® (HGAR). We require all of our real estate professionals to be REALTORS® in order to subscribe to and participate in our MLS. You can join OneKey® MLS if you hold REALTOR® membership in any local REALTOR® association.

How much does it cost to become a REALTOR®?
You can join the Long Island Board of REALTORS® or the Hudson Gateway Board of REALTORS® if you are a licensed real estate salesperson. The annual cost to join an association can vary. Monthly dues are pro-rated based on when you join.
Do I have to satisfy any additional requirements to become a REALTOR?
LIBOR and HGAR require all new brokers and agents to complete a new orientation program. This orientation is designed to familiarize new members with the association rules, procedures, and resources. You can register for the class as part of your application process.
