New requirements support MLS Only and Private listing compliance

A new requirement will ensure listing agent’s are performing their due diligence in complying with the requirement for a signed Seller’s Disclosure to accompany listings with the Listing Exposure selection of MLS Only or Private. Listings with either of those selections will require the seller signed document be uploaded under Matrix Documents. Additional details will be forthcoming.

Coming August 25

ShowingTime tightens security measures for ShowingTime-specific credentials

ShowingTime will begin rolling out two-factor authentication (2FA) on August 25 for ShowingTime customers who sin in directly to ShowingTime using a ShowingTime username and password. If you access ShowingTime through OneKey MLS and do not use ShowingTime specific credentials your experience will not be impacted. ShowingTime has a Two-Factor authentication how-to supporting this change.

Coming August 20

Updates to Listing Data Checker (LDC) improve accuracy and user experience

This release includes a focus on improving platform intelligence, flexibility, and security. Key highlights include real-time AI rule evaluation during Checkit processing, account-level time zone support for more accurate grace period and notification calculations, expanded elastic monitoring for improved platform visibility, and tightened security through the removal of unnecessary system endpoints.

Key Bug Fixes
This release resolves 6 bug fixes addressing customer-facing issues. Notable fixes include correcting Fine History pop-ups that displayed "Invalid Number" instead of actual fine amounts, and ensuring listings correct as expected when their status changes and no longer meets rule criteria.

These changes align with the recent update to CheckIt that now makes the ability to use CheckIt on draft or incomplete listings to identify potential violations. Using CheckIt is one of the best ways for customers to minimize fines.
