Standardized data

OneKey® MLS offers RESO standard data, making it easy to work with more than one million active, pending, sold, and historical listings in our database, which contains transactions across the New York metropolitan area. As the largest MLS in New York state, if it has been bought or sold in our service area, it's likely in our dataset, in a format that is easy to ingest.


MLS Grid

OneKey® MLS supports the RESO Web API via MLS Grid, the industry initiative to standardize business rules and data to make it easier for brokers to work with multiple MLSs across service areas.  Our data is available via MLS Grid in IDX, VOW, and back office feeds.


NAR Reach program

OneKey® MLS executives are active mentors in the NAR Reach program for startups, the leading accelerator for startups in real estate.
