Normalized RESO-standard data: MLS Grid for brokers

Whether you, as a broker, need to send data to your company website, power your back office intranet, run analytics across your listing data or power other critical business software, MLS Grid will enable you to utilize a RESO-standard feed of OneKey® MLS listing data in a format that is easy to pull into your project. MLS Grid utilizes a Web API and the RESO Data Dictionary to streamline your access to data, with one set of business rules. That means that if you also subscribe to other MLSs who participate in MLS Grid, all of the feeds you work with will be governed by one set of business rules and will be in a common format. You can even deliver a data feed to your agents for their IDX websites via MLS Grid.  It's a tightly controlled data delivery system built for brokers.

Application development: MLS Grid for technology vendors

For technology vendors in contract with a broker that belongs to OneKey® MLS, MLS Grid is the fastest onramp to ingest RESO-Standard data for your application. Once a vendor signs on with MLS Grid and requests a license to a broker's data, support, documentation, billing, and the keys to the feed itself is through a sleek online portal.

IDX websites: easy websites for agents

An Internet Data Exchange (IDX) website enables you to showcase your listings and as well as 98% of the properties for sale and rent on OneKey® MLS. IDX websites do not require a consumer to login to view property listings.


Matrix™ property search: frameable data link for agents and brokers

Have a website and need to drop in a property search element to help your web visitors find their next home? Use the Matrix™ Data Link (included with your subscription) to place a plug-and-play solution on your site. You can even limit the search radius to your service area to enable consumers to focus on you.


VOW: Virtual Office Website for brokers

A Virtual Office Website is available only to brokers and contains 100% of OneKey® MLS’s listing inventory. VOWs must have a password for consumers to login, and may contain data otherwise not available to the public. Brokers and agents cannot opt-out of syndication to VOWs.


Back office feeds: custom data for brokers

For brokers who need access to every listing in the MLS to populate in-house applications, such as CRMs or agent-only intranets, OneKey® MLS can deliver a Broker Back Office data feed. Since these types of feeds contain non-public information, your application must be accessible exclusively via a login. You can also obtain a feed of your own listings, which has no restrictions on how it is used.
