Agents can also set their clients up with a mobile app, Home by ShowingTime™. Clients can manage showings, appointments, and tours. They can even monitor feedback from prospective buyers (and all buyer/agent information is always anonymized).
ShowingTime™ for the MLS is integrated with Matrix™. If the listing can be shown, the “Schedule a Showing” button is prominently displayed. Agents can schedule a single showing right from the listing, within the MLS itself, or via the mobile app.
Agents can schedule multiple showings at once, and ShowingCart® will logically organize them with a map, driving directions, and drive times. Need to stop for lunch? Or include a listing that isn't in ShowingTime™? Insert a stop, or address and ShowingTime’s SmartRoute will automatically remap your route.
Customizable feedback can be requested from buyers after each showing, with up to 10 follow-ups to ensure prospects have every opportunity to provide it. Listing agents can share feedback with sellers in a report that enables clients to see for themselves how the market views their listing.
