Melissa King is a results-driven operations executive committed to building a smarter, faster, and more equitable multiple listing system for real estate professionals and the consumers they serve. As Chief Operations Officer of OneKey® MLS, she oversees day-to-day operations supporting more than 43,000 real estate professionals across the greater Metropolitan New York area. 

Melissa’s leadership is grounded in data integrity, agile processes, and intuitive solutions designed to create opportunity on both sides of the transaction. She pairs strategic vision with operational precision—ensuring systems are built on impeccable data standards while remaining practical and user-focused. 

An influential voice in the industry, Melissa co-chairs the Best Practices Advisory Council for the Council of Multiple Listing Systems and serves on the board of the Broker Public Portal. Her past leadership roles include service on advisory groups and committees for the National Association of REALTORS® and active involvement with the Real Estate Standards Organization, where she has championed data standards and cross-industry collaboration. She is also a trusted resource to MLS organizations nationwide. Melissa has been recognized repeatedly for her keen insights, most recently in 2026 as an Inman MLS Power Executive and by RISMedia as a Real Estate Newsmaker in the Influencer category. Past accolades include 2025 RISMedia Real Estate Trailblazer.
