OneKey Recognizes Key Real Estate Professionals

Leah Caro's storied career is an inspirational one, and makes it easy to recognize her icon status. OneKey® MLS remembers and honors Leah Caro (1969-2025) for her tireless industry and consumer advocacy.

Broker/Owner of Park Sterling since 2001, she served as President of Putnam-West Chester Association of REALTORs for two terms and President of the Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service. She served for twelve years on HGAR's Legislative Council. She was the founding Chairperson of the OneKey MLS Board of Managers (BOM) and 2025 BOM member. She further co-chaired the West Chester Residential Opportunities Inc., and NAR's Housing Opportunities Council and Professional Standards Committee. When you meet Luciane Serifovic, you'll learn quickly that she's a go-getter. Where others may see problems, Luciane is looking for solutions, and that's just one of the reasons she was nominated as Innovator.

Luciane is the CEO, founder, and broker of Luxian International Realty, a luxury boutique real estate business. An entrepreneur to boot, she offers investment and advisory services, has authored a book, and uses the proceeds to benefit children. Her most recent venture is creating Convierge, a real estate app which she describes as "harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to revolutionize how buyers and agents navigate one of life’s most meaningful decisions: finding a home."

Frank DellAccio is a dedicated professional and Industry Ambassador with a long history of service and volunteerism. Frank is the President and managing partner at Century 21 - AA Realty. A current OneKey MLS Board of Manager, and past president of the Board of Managers, Frank is an exemplar and mentor to newcomers and seasoned professionals in the real estate community. With experience as agent and broker, Frank excels at recognizing the needs, knowledge, and tools that the community requires to thrive. He shares his knowledge as NY continuing education instructor.

Dennis Wong knows advocacy, with a background in success and experience management, sales coaching, and real estate, it's no wonder he was nominated as The Agent Advocate. Dennis brings his talents to bear at Compass as Associate Sales Manager.

John Copulos was nominated in recognition for his outstanding efforts as The Appraiser Advocate on behalf of the appraiser cohort in the greater New York region. John owns Copulos and Associates Real Estate Appraisers and founded a popular site called Ask The Appraiser that offers education, information, and community to fill the knowledge gaps between appraiser and agent.
